The Standard for Online Reputation
Page one is your first impression. Make it the right one.
Page 1
is where the decision happens
Almost nobody clicks through to page two. A damaging result at position four is, for practical purposes, the only thing a prospect reads about you.
Before the call
is when you're screened out
Buyers, lenders, partners, and candidates search your name before the first meeting. You never hear about the ones who quietly move on.
It compounds
the longer it sits
Results gain authority with age and links. The same article is materially harder to move at month eighteen than at month two.
What I do
Remove what we can. Out-rank what we can't.
Negative result removal
Direct removal work against defamatory articles, mugshot sites, scraped data brokers, and content that violates platform policy or the law.
Search suppression
When removal isn't possible, we build and rank stronger assets so the damaging result falls off page one, where almost nobody looks.
Review management
Disputing policy-violating reviews, and building a steady flow of legitimate ones so a handful of angry voices stop defining you.
Executive & brand protection
Proactive work for founders, partners, and public-facing leaders: owning your name in search before anyone tries to take it from you.
Crisis response
A press cycle, a lawsuit, a viral post. Fast triage, a containment plan, and a realistic read on what can and can't be undone.
Ongoing monitoring
Alerts on new mentions and ranking shifts, so the next problem gets caught in days instead of the day a deal falls through.
How it works
Audit. Suppress. Build. Defend.
- 0124–48 hours
Free reputation assessment
A call and a manual audit of what shows for your name or brand. You get a written read on what's rankable, what's removable, and what isn't — whether or not you hire us.
- 023–5 days
Strategy & scope
A specific plan: which results we go after, by what method, in what order, and what a realistic outcome looks like. Fixed scope, fixed price.
- 03Ongoing from week 1
Execution
Removal requests, legal escalation where warranted, and asset building and promotion for suppression work — running in parallel, not one after the other.
- 04Month 3 onward
Reporting & hold
Monthly reporting on actual page-one positions, not vanity metrics. Once results move, the work shifts to holding them there.
Before & after
Same name. Different page one.
What a search for your name looks like before the work — and what it can look like after.

Questions
The things people actually ask
Answered straight, including the ones where the answer is no.
- Can a negative search result actually be removed?
- Sometimes. Content that is defamatory, violates a platform's policy, contains protected personal data, or was posted by someone bound by an agreement can often be removed outright. Legitimate news coverage and honest opinion generally cannot. The audit tells you which category each result falls into before you spend anything.
- How much does online reputation repair cost?
- Most individual cases run from a few thousand dollars for a single removable item to five figures for a multi-result suppression campaign. Price tracks the number of results, how authoritative the sites are, and how fast you need it. You get a fixed scope and a fixed price before work starts — no open-ended retainers.
- How long does it take to bury a negative article?
- Removals can happen in days when the content clearly violates policy. Suppression is slower: expect early movement in 60 to 90 days and a stable page one in six to twelve months. Anyone promising a clean first page in two weeks is either guessing or lying.
- Can you guarantee results?
- No, and be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's index. What we commit to is a defined scope of work, honest reporting on positions, and telling you upfront when a result is unlikely to move so you don't spend money chasing it.
- Will this hurt me if it comes out that I hired someone?
- Reputation management is a normal business function, like legal or PR. The risk comes from tactics, not from hiring help: fake reviews, fake press, and bogus DMCA claims get discovered and make things dramatically worse. We don't use them.
- Do you work with individuals or only companies?
- Both. Individual executives, physicians, attorneys, and financial advisors are a large share of the work, alongside firms and multi-location businesses. The methods overlap; the assets we build differ.
- What about Google's 'Results about you' tool?
- It's genuinely useful for removing pages that expose your address, phone number, or other personal contact data, and it's free. It does nothing for articles, reviews, or forum posts. We use it where it applies and tell you when it's the only step you need.
- Should I sue the person who posted it?
- Occasionally, and we'll say so when litigation is the strongest lever. More often it's slow, expensive, public, and it amplifies the very content you want buried. We work alongside your counsel rather than replacing them.
- What do you need from me to start?
- Your name or brand as people search it, the URLs causing the problem, and any context about where they came from. That's enough for the assessment. Call the number on this page and we can do most of it on the first call.
- What if the information is true?
- True content is rarely removable, and we won't pretend otherwise. The strategy shifts entirely to suppression: building enough legitimate, high-authority material about you that the accurate-but-damaging result stops being the first thing anyone sees.
